Dear customers, after our shipping costs have been unchanged for years, we have now adjustet them. You can find the current list below. DHL is currently charging a crisis surcharge for overseas countries, which has unfortunately led to a significant increase in shipping costs to these countries. As soon as the crisis surcharge is removed, we will adjust the prices again accordingly. On the other hand, we are pleased to have been able to significantly reduce the shipping costs for some countries such as Greece and Switzerland.

• Please contact us for shipping to all not listed countries, just as for all modes of shipment like express or bulk good. Contact 
• Terms of payment: Payment in advance, direct debit (from german bank account only), PayPal, credit card (via PayPal). Please find any further information below the shipping costs chart.
• Shipping by DPD or DHL, depending on weight and destination.
• The maximum weight per parcel is 31,5 kg. By exceedance we'll pack more than one parcel. For any parcel will be charged fees for shipping and handling (see below).
• We have no minimum order value.

In addition to the merchandise value the following shipping and handling fees will be charged (all prices including 19% VAT):

Payment

During the order transaction you can choose between the following modes of payment:

• Payment in advance: Please transfer the invoice total when having received the order confirmation via e-mail. Goods will be shipped on first working day after payment receipt.

• Direct debit: From german bank account only. Invoice total will be charged within 14 days after shipping.

• PayPal: PayPal is a way to send money online for free fast, quickly and safely. More informations about Paypal: www.paypal.com

• Credit cards, via Paypal: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
