Right of withdrawal

You can cancel your contract within 14 days without stating reasons in writing (eg letter, e-mail) or – if you get the goods before the deadline expires - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notice in writing, but not before receipt of the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and as well not before fulfillment of our obligations under article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB, as well as our duties according to § 312g, paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with article 246 § 3 BGB. The revocation period shall be deemed observed if the goods are returned or notice of revocation is given within this period. The revocation must be sent to:

Französische Klassiker, owner Daniel Engelhardt, Poppenbeck 35, D-48329 Havixbeck/Germany, e-mail info@franzoesische-klassiker.de

Withdrawal consequences

In case of a valid revocation, any services or products received, and any profit derived therefrom, if any such as interest, shall be returned. In the event that you are unable to return the services or products received in their entirety or at all, or where you can only return them in a deteriorated state, then you will be liable to pay compensation to us accordingly. For the deterioration and derived benefits, you must pay compensation only if the uses or the deterioration is due to a deal with the matter, beyond the consideration of the characteristics and functioning. By "testing the properties and functioning" refers to the testing and evaluation of the respective goods, such as it is in a store and customary. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the costs of returning the merchandise provided the goods have been delivered as ordered and the price of the return merchandise does not exceed 40 euros or if, where the price is higher, the consumer has at the date of the revocation not yet rendered consideration or given a part payment. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Not transportable things are picked up. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. For you, the grace period starts with the date the revocation ist sent or the object is returned, for us with their receipt.
