(The following terms also include legal information on your rights under the provisions on distance contracts and e-commerce.)
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply for all deliveries of Französische Klassiker Onlineshop to consumers (§ 13 BGB).
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for a purpose that is neither commercial nor its independent vocational activity may be attributed.
2. Contracting party

3. Offers and contracts
3.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the "Place order" button, you will enter a binding order for the products listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
4. Right of withdrawal
4.1 Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Withdrawal consequences
In case of a valid revocation, any services or products received, and any profit derived therefrom, if any such as interest, shall be returned. In the event that you are unable to return the services or products received in their entirety or at all, or where you can only return them in a deteriorated state, then you will be liable to pay compensation to us accordingly. For the deterioration and derived benefits, you must pay compensation only if the uses or the deterioration is due to a deal with the matter, beyond the consideration of the characteristics and functioning. By "testing the properties and functioning" refers to the testing and evaluation of the respective goods, such as it is in a store and customary. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the costs of returning the merchandise provided the goods have been delivered as ordered and the price of the return merchandise does not exceed 40 euros or if, where the price is higher, the consumer has at the date of the revocation not yet rendered consideration or given a part payment. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Not transportable things are picked up. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. For you, the grace period starts with the date the revocation ist sent or the object is returned, for us with their receipt.

4a. Return costs when exercising the right of withdrawal
When exercising the right of withdrawal (see revocation instruction), you have to bear the costs of returning the merchandise provided the goods have been delivered as ordered and the price of the return merchandise does not exceed 40 euros or if, where the price is higher, the consumer has at the date of the revocation not yet rendered consideration or given a part payment. Otherwise, the return is free of charge.
5. Prices and shipping costs
5.1 The prices stated on the product pages include the legal VAT and other price components.

6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery of goods to the customer is made by DPD or DHL, depending on weight and destination.

7. Payment

7.2 A right of set off is available only if your counterclaims have been legally established in court or are undisputed or acknowledged in writing by us.
7.3 You may only exercise a right of retention, if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.
8. Retention of title
Until full payment the goods remain our property.
9. The statutory liability for defects shall apply.

Order process
If you find the wanted product, you can put it, without any obligation, in the shopping cart by clicking the button "Add to shopping basket". The content of the basket can always be seen by clicking the button "Display shopping basket". The products can always be removed by clicking the button "Remove item from shopping basket". If you want to buy the products in your cart, click the button "Checkout". Then enter your data. The mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. No registration is required. Your data is encrypted. After entering your information and select the payment you get on the "Next" button to the order page, where you can check your entries. By clicking the button “Place order” you complete the ordering process. The process can be canceled at any time by closing the browser window. On the different pages you can get more information, eg to corrections.
Wording
The contract text is stored on our internal systems. Terms and conditions can always be checked by clicking "Terms and conditions". Unless you have created an account, you can view your account information at any time under "Sign in". The order information and the terms and conditions will be sent via e-mail. By reasons of security, the contract text is no longer accessible by internet when the order process is finalized.
